Reiki for Life
Whether you’re completely new to Reiki or ready to deepen your journey, I offer a range of accredited training options — from beginner level through to Master Teacher. I also run immersive workshops and refresher sessions for those looking to reconnect with the energy or take their practice further.
From 2026 all courses will be taught in a live, online environment, with optional in person days in Belfast at the Maitri Studio. This allows you to take the teaching and integrate it over a few weeks rather than it being squeezed into one or two days. You will receive live training, certification, lifetime access to online resources and access to an alumni group for ongoing support as needed.

Level 1 Reiki
Perfect for complete beginners, this course introduces you to Reiki energy, the history and principles of the system, and how to work with Reiki for your own wellbeing. You’ll learn self-healing practices, how to give treatments to friends and family, and begin to deepen your connection with your own intuition.

Level 2 Reiki
This level is for those who feel called to work with Reiki at a deeper level. You’ll learn sacred symbols, distance healing techniques, and how to give professional treatments to others.
It’s also a deeply transformational personal journey.
Includes practitioner certification and support & optional in person practice days
Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1
Master Teacher
This comprehensive online, live training is a powerful personal commitment and a path of leadership, healing, and soul expansion, whether you wish to teach or not. More than “just a Reiki course” this ignites the Holy Fire energy within you bringing profound healing.
Includes Holy Fire® energy work, advanced healing techniques, and everything you need to confidently step into your role as a Reiki Master.
FAQ
Do I need any experience to start Reiki training?
Not at all. Reiki Level 1 is designed for complete beginners. You’ll be guided every step of the way and there’s no pressure — just a supportive, welcoming space to learn and grow.
Where are the in-person days held?
The in-person practice days take place at Maitri Studio, 4 The Mount, Belfast BT5 4NA. It’s a peaceful, nurturing venue with everything you need for practice – if you are local to the area and want to get hands on experience with other students.
Can I learn Reiki online?
Yes! The online training is comprehensive and engaging and is how all classes are now taught. You’ll receive live attunements via Zoom, access to detailed course materials, and ongoing support. It allows for deeper integration of the learning and opens the training up to you no matter where you live. All you need is a good command of English and a decent internet connection for the live classes.
Are your courses accredited?
Yes – all training is fully accredited and professionally recognised.
I’m registered with the UK Reiki Federation, verified by the Reiki Council UK, accredited by the IPHM, and CNHC regulated. Your certificate will be accepted by professional bodies and insurers.
Will I be able to practice Reiki professionally?
After completing Level 2, you’ll be certified to practise professionally and can obtain insurance. Many students go on to offer Reiki sessions as part of their own healing business or integrate it into existing therapies.
What if I’ve trained before and just want a refresher?
I offer refresher sessions and Holy Fire® Reiki immersions for students who’ve already been attuned, whether by me or another teacher. These are a great way to reconnect with the energy, boost your confidence, or explore new levels.
